Money grab

This game punishes you for not spending every waking minute playing it. I just came back to it after work and all my farmers have left for the other tribe because theirs was happier than mine. Then the in-game tip suggests buying a fountain for 20 diamonds. But the only way to get more diamonds right now is to pay real money. What a scam. And the feature to watch an ad in exchange for 1 diamond? Doesnt work. Ive sat through so many ads just to get the box to go away and have never been given anything.
