In-app purchases not credited to my account

The game is not bad, but I purchased gems a week ago, my credit card was charged, and the gems never appeared on my account. I have filed a ticket with the App Store and with the developer, and have heard of neither of them so far. It is frustrating, and I cannot help feeling I was taken for a fool. Will remove the game, and dispute the credit card transaction.
